Just like the one in Paris, this Triumphal Arch sits at one of the city's busiest intersections and is surrounded by a constant whirl of traffic. You can view the arch from the ground for free, or pay a small fee to climb the stairs to the top for lovely views out over the city. There are not many panoramic views in Bucharest, so we are really glad that we did this.
