This was such a great find! Hidden at the back of Brockworth Garden Centre, this coffee shop has a great selection of gluten free goodies!
As per usual process, I contacted them beforehand to check that they could handle my dietary requirement, and was relieved when they quickly explained their procedures around storing gluten free items separately and using separate tongs, knives and boards. They can even do coeliac-safe toasties by cooking them in the paper to avoid cross contamination! I thoroughly enjoyed my gluten free rainbow cake - what a treat!
Obviously as always, please use your own judgement - this is a restaurant which contains gluten and I completely appreciate that it's often the staff member that you deal with who makes the experience. On this occasion, I was a very satisfied customer.
