Meg.
We found this 'cabinet of curiosities' when googling to find a wet weather activity in Wales, and we struck gold with this one!
The museum and shop makes up the ground floor of a canal-side cottage, and is stuffed full of haunted items, medical antiques, taxidermy and wet specimens - true Addams Family vibes. The owner Dave was so welcoming and knowledgeable and it was a real pleasure hearing how his hobby has turned into a business.
There is so much packed into this tiny museum, we walked around several times spotting new things each time.
We were here for around 30 minutes, which for the entry price (£2.50) is excellent value for money, and we are sure some may stay for longer, especially if attending a special event or workshop there.

We were not invited on this adventure ☹
