The views from the top of Pontesford Hill are amazing, especially on a clear day. In comparison, the remainder of this walk is a little boring, so we can't help but suggest that you either make this a there and back walk, or perhaps there are some more exciting routes out there?
We did this walk on a lovely sunny boxing day, so the car park was very busy. We did however not see as many people whilst on our hike, which suggests it is the base for some different hikes?

I enjoyed this walk - plenty of sticks in the woods, and there was even a couple of streams to play in!
