We were unfortunately quite disappointed with this place. We booked following lots of reviews that they catered well to Coeliacs, but when we arrived we were informed that their gluten free pizza and pasta were not safe for Coeliacs.
Now don't get us wrong, it is a relief that our waiter was diligent enough to keep us safe (and advised us that we could have risotto and a stuffed aubergine instead, which were nice enough), but it would have been better to have been informed of this in advance (or even better, for either the gluten free pizza or pasta to be Coeliac-safe).
We are pleased to see that the restaurant has since updated their menu to state that the gluten free pizza and pasta are not safe for Coeliacs, as this should help prevent the disappointment that we experienced.
Overall, we feel that there are much better places in Edinburgh to visit if you are Coeliac.
