We discovered this 100% gluten free hotel after booking our actual hotel, and somewhat kicked ourselves - although that said we are sure a stay here would have cost us an awful lot more! 🤪
We visited the hotel restaurant twice during our stay in Split, and really enjoyed it on both occasions. It was quite hard to find gluten free food in Croatia, so being able to pick anything off the menu was quite the relief!
Although there weren't many vegetarian options on the menu, we particularly loved the truffle ravioli!
