Ady & Meg.

If you know anything about the Yorkshire Dales, you are bound to know about the three peaks. Some super fit people choose to do all three in the same hike - 25 miles, taking the average person around 12 hours.

We on the other hand opted to do each peak on a different day, enjoying each one for what it was separately. On the day that we did this one, the weather wasn't at it's best. The views of nearby Ingleborough were still fantastic though, as were the views of the Viaduct which is close to where the walk starts and ends.

The viaduct is still in use, so you may well see a train go over it. Part of the route does go near the train track, so please bare this in mind if walking with children/pets.

Flossie.

I enjoyed this hike, especially as there was somewhere to paddle near to the start.
