There is a small free carpark on site.

Gluten free Menu?

No, but anything from Little Liv's Bakery is made in a gluten free kitchen so safe for coeliacs.

Ady & Meg.

This place is such a great idea - a self service vending machine containing items a lot more fulfilling than the usual chocolate bars and crisps!

This business started as a vending machine selling their free range eggs, but has now grown to sell a range of items from other local independent businesses. One of these businesses is Little Liv's bakery, a completely gluten free bakery!

Little Liv's bakery is owned by the sister of a Coeliac, and the kitchen is 100% gluten free. Items are packaged at the bakery before being transported to the vending machine, and the items available change on a weekly basis - we particularly enjoyed the hazelnut cheesecake, raspberry blondie and trifle!

At the time of writing this, Hens on the Hill are open 7 days a week, 7am - 7pm, making it super convenient to pop by. You simply order your goodies on the touch screen (where everything in stock is listed, including the option to see the ingredients) and once paid the items are dispensed.

On our visit we focussed on the Little Liv's goodies, but there were many other items on sale (eggs, smoothies, breads, meat, pies, cheeses off the top of our heads). We cannot advise as to whether these were gluten free, but we found the owner of Hens on the Hill very helpful when contacted in advance on social media if you do have any queries.

Flossie.

I waited in the car with Ady whilst Meg shopped here 🙂
