Ady & Meg.
It is arguably impossible to go to Barcelona and not see at least some of Gaudi's work. This park is a UNESCO World Heritage site, full of whimsical architecture and colour, and you could easily spend a few hours wandering around admiring its beauty.
Whilst you can explore the park on your own, we opted for a guided tour, as it gave access to parts of the park that you couldn't access via a normal ticket.
Unfortunately the park was extremely busy on the day we went, and we don't believe that this can be remedied by going early (although locals are allowed entry into the park before tourists).
Flossie.
I was not invited on this adventure ☹
