We so wanted to love this place.
We visited on a Bank Holiday weekend - perhaps that was our mistake? We booked our tickets online, expecting it to be a sell out, but when we arrived they were still letting people pay on entry. And the place was HEAVING, queues of people along the road to see certain attractions, and wherever you went there was not a moment's peace.
In the end, we barely spent an hour here - the views were nice, but we had seen better during our White Cliffs of Dover walk.
Perhaps this place would be better on a quieter day? But ultimately we feel that there are better things to see in the area.

There wasn't a lot for me here sadly - I wasn't allowed inside any of the buildings, and didn't even spot a water bowl for a drink! Other visitors thought I was cute though 🐾
