Corniglia is known for being the quietest of the five villages in Cinque Terre - no doubt due to the sheer number of steps that you need to tackle to leave the train station! Admittedly we were not on top form on the day that we visited here, but after climbing the 382 steps out of the train station, we were definitely in need of a rest!
The views are nice, and it was good to avoid the crowds - but if you are short of time, we would recommend skipping this one and moving on to one of the other villages.
