We walked up to this Basilica to see the view from the cemetery rather than the Basilica itself. As you can see from the photos, the journey was not a wasted one! It was A LOT quieter here than at Piazzale Michelangelo, so we can't help but feel that this would be a nicer setting to see sunset from...
