We can honestly say we have never laughed as much in a museum as we did here.
The serious side of this museum is of course the rise of legalised prostitution in Amsterdam. But the museum offers so much more than that; we were greeted by an animatronic streaker, saw multiple sexualised paintings and sculptures, learnt about the origin of peep shows and X rated movies and saw a recreation of Marilyn Monroe's famous nude photo shoot.
The highlight of the museum for us though was the two 7 foot cock sculptures, where we definitely got our monies worth taking lots of funny photos!
From start to finish we found the weird and wonderful world of sex both factual and hilarious and in our opinion this place is not to be missed when visiting Amsterdam.
